We insure that all of the construction costs have been identified & eliminate financial surprises. The CAD developed master plans yields the quantity of materials needed to build the improvements. While developing the financial models, estimates of quantities required and approximate development costs were determined. Using our estimates, we confirm the quantities from each contractor's bid. During a job-site meeting, we review questions and explain all special conditions. We confirm exactly how specimen trees & sensitive wetlands will be protected. Combining the interviews & analysis helps determine who should be awarded the contracts.
